Want to run a race but don't know how or where to start? Training for your first 5K can give you a reason to get out the door!
This 6 week program is designed for the beginner and will prepare you to run your first 5K (3.1miles). The slow buildup of this 6 week plan will allow your body to adapt to running 3.1 miles continuously.
